The types of uses permitted on the Property shall be of a nature found in similar developments in Little Rock, Arkansas, consistent with the zoning covering the lot. That all lots shall hereafter be transferred in deeds bearing the lot number(s) of the GLIDE XPRESS SUBDIVISION, and that such shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof. That the owner(s) of the lot(s) shown on the Plat shall take their title subject to the rights of the referenced public utilities thereon. These covenants and restrictions on Lot 1 are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming from the date these covenants and restrictions are recorded, after which time said covenants and restrictions shall be automatically extended for successive periods of 25 years, unless an instrument signed by the Owner (if still an owner of any portion of the Property) or, if not, the then owners of all of the Property shown on the Plat, has been recorded, agreeing to change said covenants and restrictions in whole or in part.
