Charles & Derrick Hill are the joint owners of the newly joined/replat parcels at the physical address 2904 and 2910 S Spring Street, Liberty Hill, Little Rock, Arkansas. As generally outlined at the land survey, we proposed and will are pursing a simple storage structure of 20 ft. x 30 ft. dimension to safe -guard, preserve and protect our lawn equipment, tools and other personables. We will erect the single -level storage space ourselves. Our next steps are to provide a site plan including the proposed storage structure for a City of Little Rock building permit. The storage build will. beat the rear and upper left of the replatted property. The same Professional Land surveying firm will complete a CAD rendering of the proposed structure. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this replat is make one single lot. Easements and buildings line shown on replat are from the recorded plats thereof. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock and Public Works. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
