We will be submitting a letter from the county stating that they are not going to require the half street improvements for this project. Tristin, Pulaski County does not have any requirements for half street improvements in the City of Little Rock's ETJ. One of the City's comments was that we install 6 feet of asphalt along Burlingame and Walnut Grove road. We are asking the City for a waiver from constructing the half street improvements since we have already donated additional right of way for both streets. The City is good with us submitting a wavier for the half street improvements, but in order to do so, we are needing a letter to the city stating that the county is not going to require us to construct any half street improvements. Also, I have attached a copy of the plat so that you can see the scope of the project.
