KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas we, Harry D. Loucks & Mildred W. Loucks, are the owners of Lots 15 and the EYz of Lot 14,
Block 203, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas and a part of the North end of Lots 10, 11 and 3, Block 2, Fulton's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
NE corner of Lot 15, Block 203, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence in a Southwesterly direction on a line
parallel with the East line of said Block, 90.2 feet to the Old City Boundary line; thence South parallel with Broadway
Street, 108.8 feet; thence in a Westerly direction 112.5 feet to a point 96 feet South of lines running North and South
the center of Lot 14, Block 203, Original City of Little Rock and parallel with the East line of said Block would intersect
the Old City Boundary line thence 96 feet to the Old City Boundary; thence North through the center of Lot 14, Block
203, parallel with the East and west sides of Lot 14 to 18th Street; thence East to the point of beginning; AND
The North 76 feet of the South 136 feet of Lot 12 and the North 76 feet of the South 136 feet of the E1/2 of Lot 11,
Block 2, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and part of the WYz of Lot 11 and part of
the EYz of Lot 10, Block 2, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, more particularly described as
beginning 130 feet South and 75.5 feet West of the NW corner of said Block 2, thence West 39 feet; thence North 24
feet; thence East 39 feet; thence South 24 feet to point of beginning.
That we, Harry D. Loucks & Mildred W. Loucks, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title of Lots 1 & 2, Loucks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature
of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as
Instrument No. _ and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed o con a ance for said property
shall use this designation. &ZIS
The purpose of this plat change the property lines and to dedicate the 10 foot sewer easement as shown on
recorded plat of Loucks Addition.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
