No, I'm still in 2002. But my AutoCAD skills are in 2004!
Benson - can we do a 15' ROW dedication, and add the 20' radial dedication to the re -plat? Leave the
boundary out where it currently is, and "hatch" the ROW area with a note that says, "Right of Way dedication
with this plat" ?

A sewer seal is required before demolition of the little yellow house. Otherwise, LRWRA has no objection, but we miss Sandy's.
