site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Fletcher Valley Phase II — Preliminary Plat (5-1888-C)
North side of Kanis Road, west of Fletcher Ridge Blvd.
Develonment Staff Comments:
1. Provide owner authorization (affidavit).
2. Provide the following information as highlighted in the attached PDF, as per Sections 31-87
through 31-93 of the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
3. Label certificate of surveying accuracy.
4. A Conditional Use Permit is required for the proposed future neighborhood park.
