WHEREAS, James D Hicks, Jr, Chairman, Trustees, Western Hills Methodist
Church are the sole owners of the following described property to -wit:
Part of the NW1/4, Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of said
Section 24, thence S 00 deg 19 min 45 sec W along the West side of Section 24, 898.1 ft,
thence East 25.0 ft, thence S 84 deg 55 min 38 sec E 5.02 ft to the point of
beginning, thence continuing S 84 deg 56 min 38 sec E 394.11 ft, thence S 84 deg 53 min
21 sec E 298.61 ft, thence S 08 deg 51 min E 126.55 ft, thence S 35 deg 08 min 40 sec W
307.38 ft, thence N 80 deg 53 min 20 sec W 519.34 ft, thence along a curve to the right
with a radius of 20.0 ft and a with a chord bearing and distance of N 40 deg 26 min 40 sec

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That, James D Hicks, Jr, Chairman, Trustees, Western Hills Methodist Church
said owners, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by
Edward Lofton, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title, Western Hills Methodist Church Addition, No 1 date November
2019 and by the signatures of the said surveyor and James D Hicks Jr, Chairman,
Trustees, Western Hills Methodist Church, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat
Book. Page and grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance
with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on
said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-offico Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
The lots in said Subdivision shall be sold by the grantor and shall be purchased
by the buyers thereof subject to the following covenants, to -wit:
1. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the
