David..... see the attached. The 5 foot utility easement should be the entire length of the property line. Then another 5
foot on along the western side of the western property line near the existing garage for a total of 10 ft in that

There is already an easement in place burdening both original lots (Entergy, Comcast and AT&T), and now the same
easements will just cross one lot, rather than two. So, it seems the existing easement should be sufficient, but, if for
some reason AT&T needs a new easement, please let me know how we can get that accomplished.
