The replat should be revised to show the following:
- Riverfront Drive right-of-way centerline and dimensions labeled to BOC and property line. Show if any right-of-
way is being dedicated per this replat;
- Cantrell Road right-of-way labeling. The right-of-way probably varies so label a couple of distances from striped
centerline or south BOC to right-of-way line and north BOC. Show if any right-of-way is being dedicated per this
replat;
- Label the railroad right-of-way with width;
- Locate the existing drainage easement(s) being moved with labeling such as "relocated per this replat";
- Provide labeling of State plane coordinates;
- Show building setback lines. Contact Dana Carney in the Planning and Development Dept. for more information
on setbacks at 371-6817.
