The envisioned hotel on lot 2B fronting Midtown Avenue will be served from the existing OH behind Target. We will obtain the easements from that owner once they decide to build something so I have no objections to the change. It appears that everything else is nearly the same as the last plat I received. I have been asked for bid pricing twice from single construction companies each time. I have excluded our costs until their plans are more concrete.
