These are new requirements that they must have just enacted. I'll need to get a full list of requirements from the City
now after never being asked these over the past 15 years. We were never asked to show the house, the old lot lines,
flood, monument types, etc in the past. It was easy and simple without any hassle. This will drive up the cost of replats
for future customers or us completely out of the replat business for the city.
We need to know if that is all that is required because we have to get out new prints to you after each addition is made to
the replat.

Dear Donnie,
I received the below email from the Public Works Department yesterday. I responded by sending
the replat with the House with also referenced the monuments. It appears they still require a flood
certificate on the replat as well as the original lot lines and size to approve the replat. Can you
provide these as well?
Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for your kind assistance.
Please find attached an additional replat. I apologize for my oversight in not providing
this initially. While it references the monuments and existing structures, it does not
appear to have a flood certificate or the original lot lines. Do I need to contact Brooks
Surveying to acquire the flood certificate and original lot lines and size to fulfill the
requirements of your office? Please let me know if your office requires anything else.
