The plat does show the two proposed lots. However, upon review I can see the confusion as the lot lines do not stand
out, unless you zoom in on the pdf. The property will be subdivided into two lots. The dividing line between the two lots
is the centerline of the drive that is hatched and labeled as 20' Access Easement. Everything northeast of that line will be
Lot 2A and the residual property will be Lot 2B (assuming). We will get those labeled and get the property lines darkened
to stand out more, as well as scale up the property corner monuments. Can you provide your approval based on the
above information or will be you need the revised plat to do so?

We have revised the plat to include the labeling of the radial dedications at all 4 corners of the overall property. I have
attached a copy of the revised plat dated 8-7-18. When you have a chance to review, will you please respond to this
email with your comments and/or approval?
Also, it is my understanding that our client is working on the repairs and/or replacements, etc. I am checking in with
them to see where we are on that. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

We are in the process of replatting the property located at 1010 Wolfe Street. I have attached a vicinity map with the site
outlined in green and a pdf of our plat. As part of the platting we are required to obtain approval of the utility
companies. The site is currently Lots 1-12 and we are looking to replat the site into two lots. One lot will contain the
existing Jesse Powell Towers and the other lot will contain the existing Little Rock Housing Authority Administrative
Building. The site is not being developed and the existing uses will remain the same.
Please review the information provided and reply to this email stating your approval and/or any comments you may
have. We will then address any comments and move forward with the platting process. Please do not hesitate to contact
us if you should have any questions or need more information.

I did a poor job of making my arrow, but the one sewer main that runs NW -SE, at the SW corner of the lot is a public
main. I don't really see that it serves anything, so we could perhaps abandon it. Until that is done though, we need a
10' easement for that main.
