One of my designers, Brad Vance, met with you on site to discuss the project. Our understanding is that a garage will be built at the rear of the property with the roof line paralleling the power line to the east. The roof will slope down toward the power line. Given these conditions and that all code clearance distances will be maintained during and after construction, Entergy does not object to the abandonment of the western 5 feet of the 10 foot easement on the east side of Lot 2B at 2823 North Pierce Street.
