Have you viewed this in the field? I'd be happy to meet you out there as I did with Entergy, which obviously has cable in
the same area on the same poles. There would still be 5' of easement on our side of the fence/property line plus
whatever currently exists on the east side as well.

I'm trying to get plugged back into where we are with our request to you guys to release 5 feet of the 10 foot utility
setback that we have at the 2823 N Pierce addressed home.
The newly issued addresses of the lots in question include 2823 N. Pierce and 2821 N. Pierce.
I know Chris and I have spoken, but in speaking with Donna this morning, neither she nor I have a letter with your
approval or declination of our request.
Would you guys have a moment to review this, and let us know your stance?

I received a letter and replat drawing regarding the property at about 2823 North Pierce Street. The request asked if
Entergy was willing to abandon the western 5 feet of a 10 foot wide easement on the east side of Lot 2B.
One of my designers, Brad Vance, met with you on site to discuss the project. Our understanding is that a garage will be
built at the rear of the property with the roof line paralleling the power line to the east. The roof will slope down
toward the power line.
Given these conditions and that all code clearance distances will be maintained during and after construction, Entergy
does not object to the abandonment of the western 5 feet of the 10 foot easement on the east side of Lot 2B at 2823
North Pierce Street.
Would you please pass this message to Mr. and Mrs. Pupkowski?

The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. There will be a 30 foot front building line from the property line
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
