That part of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 of the Joseph Gachot's Acres Subdivision to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas AND that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, AND that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a steel fence post at the northeast corner of said Block 1 and run thence
South 4"48'52" West along the east line of said Joseph Gachot's Acres Subdivision a distance
of 361.41 feet to a point on a common boundary line shown on survey plat conducted by
Samuel Davis RLS #46, dated November 10, 1986; thence North 87°54'40" West along said
common boundary line a distance 581.21 feetto a 1" iron pipe; thence
North 87'54'40" West along said common boundary line a distance of 280.46 feet to a point
on the east right of way line of C. R. I. & P. Railroad (as shown on said survey by Samuel
Davis); thence North 1"38'03" East along said east right of way (as shown on said survey by
Samuel Davis) a distance of 309.10 feet; thence South 86'44'24" East along said east right of
way a distance of 16.00 feet; thence North 0'19'57" East along said east right of way a
distance of 92.50 feet to a #4 rebar; thence South 86"22'36" East a distance of 293.36 feet to
a steel fence post at the northwest corner of said Block 6; thence South 84'41'21" East along
the north line of said Joseph Gachot's Acres a distance of 575.80 to the point of beginning,
containing acres more or less.
Subject to recorded easements for Sanitary Sewer Improvements District #122 and to the
easement in behalf of the Arkansas Power and Light Company where its power line is now
located, pursuant to the easement of record in Book 213 page 542, of the records in the
Circuit Clerk and Recorder's office of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The locations of the utility lines on this survey were derived from evidence on the surface of the property.
