the left having 20 foot radius and chord bearing and distance of N 44°39'08" W, 28.46 feet to a point on
the closed 'C' Street; thence East along the north line of closed 'C' Street, 20.24 feet to the Northeast
corner of closed 'C' Street; thence S 0'41'44" W, 20.24 feet to the point of beginning.
