All upkeep of all property that is considered Common Property, which includes property that has common use and enj oyment to the owners of Lots 1 and 2, including but not limited to the driveway, curbs, and any easements granting ingress and egress to the property, that the owners will both uses, will be the shared equally by the owners of Lots 1 and 2. The Declarant states and acknowledges that the Common Property is private and its maintenance is the responsibility of the owners of Lots 1 and 2.
