AMENDMENT TO
CORRECTED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
FOR WISTERIA, A SUBDIVISION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
(incorporation of Re -Plat)
The Corrected Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Wisteria, a
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, filed October 27, 2020 as Instrument No.
2020071589 in the land records of Pulaski County (the "Declaration"), is hereby amended as
follows:
The Plat and Lots referenced in the Declaration shall also include and refer to the
Replat of Lots 33-36 filed on Cl 1 , 202 f as Instrument No.
2-b'L 1 _+ 4 to in the land records of Pulaski County
Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions of the Declaration
shall remain in full force and effect. This amendment and change is made and approved subject
to the authority and provisions of Paragraph 12(c) of the Declaration and is dated this 3rd day of
March, 2021.
