L I have done an onsite walk-on evaluation and the topography is
compatable with supporting a basic septic system. A percolation

Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said SE'/4
NE'/4; thence S 88°33'28" E. 349.85 feet; along the North line of said SE% NE'/4 to a point; thence S 01 °44'46" W,
588.66 feet to a point; thence S 01 °47'18" W, 125.12 feet; thence S 01 °44'17" W 660.2 feet to a point on the South line
of said SE'/4 NE'/4; thence Wat 350.84 feet along the South line of said SE'/4 NE'/4 to the SW corner of said SE'/4 NEY4;
thence N 01 °46'51" E, 1352.81 feet along the west line of said SE'/4 NE'/4 to the point of beginning.
I, Fidencio Rodriguez, do hereby dedicate to the public the following right of way: Right of way
dedication: Part of the SE'/, NE'/4, Section 30, T•1-S, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said SE'% NE%, thence N 01 °46'51" E, along the west line of
said SE'/4 NE'/4, 1303.06 feet; thence S V34'22" E, 335.49 feet; thence S 05°37'30" E, 250.81 feet' thence S
01 °56'51" W, 675.45 feet to a curve; thence along a curve to right having a 20 foot radius and chord bearing and
distance of S 43*40'47" E, 27,97 feet; thence S 89'1825" E, 293.33 feet; thence S 01"44'29" W, to the point on the
South line of said SE'/4 NE'/4; thence S 89*57'12" W, along said South line, 350.84 feet to the point of beginning.
That (,Fidencio Rodriguez, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 1
and 2, Fidencio Rodriguez Single Family Lot Split, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said
surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument
No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated an said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property

All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. There shall be a rear and front 25 foot setback and each side 8 feet setbacks on Lots 1 and 2.
This Bill of Assurance shall run for a period of ten (10) years and thereafter shall automatically renew itself every
ten (10) years unless amended or terminated by a majority of the property owners of the lots in the subdivision.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
