The plat bears the signature and seal of Edward Lofton Registered Professional Engineer, and Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the Grantors, bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and the Pulaski County Planning Board, and is filed for record~' Plat Book Page in the Record of the Circuit County Clerk of Pula4t�©f -" County, Arkansas and grantors dohereby make this Bill of Assurance. / The filing of the plat for record shall constitute -a complete and valid delivery 7 any and all easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat. - The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Greenwood Addition to Pulaski County, Arkansas, and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations as indicated on the plat. The lots in said Addition shall be sold by the grantors and shall be purchased by the buyers thereof subject to the following covenants, to wit: 1. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat. 2. All easements shown on plat shall be for utilities. 3. Right -of -Ways shown on Plat shall be considered conveyed to Pulaski County, Arkansas by the filing of this Plat 4. Rear setback for all lots is 25 R minimum and side yard setback is 8 ft minimum The covenants and restrictions shall not be amended, cancelled or supplemented unless an instrument signed by a majority of the owners of the aforesaid land is place on record agreeing to change the covenants and restrictions in whole or in part and any change must be approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission and the Pulaski County Planning Board.
