WHEREAS, Robert Pierpaoli & The Estate of Jahn Pie oli and Chinese On The Go II are the sole owners of
the following described property; Exhibit "A" attached, and desire to replat said lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Robert Pierpaoli & The Estate of John Pierpaoli and Chinese On The Go II hereinafter
termed grantors, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and
a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots B-4R and RB-5R. Schoolwood Subdivision, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock Arkansas and the date July, 2013 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors, and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instr. 201 -1 05 d the grantors do hereby
make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder
of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said
plat.
