Glen Rd Date of Preliminary assessment 09/10/2015 I have investigated the possibility for 2 separate septic system to be located on the above mentioned property. My findings are that I believe some areas would be suitable for a septic system. But not all area on the property are suitable. This means that placement of the houses is important. A permit for each house should be obtained before each house is constructed. Special attention should be done when clearing the sites. Where a proposed system is to be located, so as not to disturb the soil no more than necessary. Removal of top soil can greatly effect the loading rate of a septic system. Or even prevent an area from being usable. Please note there are no guarantee until A actual EPH 19 permit is approved. These are only preliminary finding.
