NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSED: That Mary Ellen Holder, Trustee of MEH Revocable Trust, hereinafter termed grantor(s), has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc. Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lot IOR, being a replat of Lot 10, High Circle Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date August 13, 2015 and by the signatures of the said surveyor and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instrument No. and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all building shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Access is granted across Lot 1 OR to Lot 12 utilizing the driveway on Lot 1 OR. Purpose of this replat was to incorporate approved and abandoned ingress easement into the lot. The building line is done as requested by the City of Little Rock. All other easements are taken from the original plat of High Circle Addition in Book 5, Page 141. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements and rights of way as shown on the said plat.
