NOW, THEREFORE, WTTNESSETH:
That, Eula Christine Bennett Irrevocable Trust (Gary Bennett trustee), said nipvri;
hereinafter termed grantor, has caused said tract of land to be, surveyed by Edward Lofton,
Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the
title, Replat of Part of Lots 51, 52, & 53, Stewart's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date August 2015 and by the signature of the said
surveyor, Gary Bennett(trustee), said grantor, and bears a Certificates of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and the Pulaski County Planning
Commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officiv Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book 20L S Q5 Page ) 81 and grantor does
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has platted said real estate in accordance
with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on
said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said proprty shall use this designation.
The lots in said Addition shall be sold by the grantors and shall be purchased by
the buyers thereof subject to the following covenants, to -wit:
1. All easements shown can plat shall be for utilities.
2. Might -of -ways shown on plat shall be considered conveyed to Pulaski County,
Arkansas by the filing of this flat
These covenants and restrictions shall not be amended, cancelled or supplemented
unless an instrument signed by a majority of the owners of the aforesaid land is placed on
record agreeing to change the covenants and restrictions in whole or in part and any
change must be approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission and the Pulaski
County Planning Board

Subject: Inspection of existing septic system for residence on Lot 1 and Lot 2, of
Proposed Replat of part of Lots 51, 52, & 53 Stewart's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
Lot 1:
The area where the septic system is located for the existing residence on Lot 1 of
the proposed Replat was inspected on 29 July 2015 and no malfunction was
observed. The field lines appear to be located to the southwest of the residence.
Should the existing system fail there isd ample room to the west of the residence for
any new field lines.
Lot 2:
The area where the septic system is located for the existing residence on Lot 2 of
the proposed Replat was inspected on 29 July 2015, and no malfunction was
observed. The field lines and septic tank were located to the west of the existing
residence..
The final approval of any new septic system would rest with the Arkansas Health
Department

Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been receivea and approved. Applicant is
responsible to Furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.
