follows: Commence at the NE corner of the El-i E14 NW14 NE14; thence

the point of beginning; thence continue S 00°46' W, 556.0 feet
to the North right of way line of West Markham Street; thence S
89009' W and along said North right of way line of West Markham
Street, 50.0 feet; thence N 00'09' E, 200.0 feet; thence S
89*09' W, 181.2 feet to the SE corner of Lot 4, Kaylin Hills
Addition; thence N 00013' E and along the East line of said Lot
