have a statement of approval from each utility company to complete the plat review requirements.

copy of our current survey showing locations of existing utilities, drainage, and topography. The current POD Site Plan is

We will have some new water and sewer mains associated with the development. We plan to dedicate easements by
instrument based on the as -built locations after construction of lines are completed.

conformance with City requirements/standards.
street signs should be ordered and billed to developer. Work orders have been prepared for signage.

Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.

Attached is an updated copy of the final plat with the source of title revised. The original instrument number was carried
over from the prior deed and the property was transferred into an LLC earlier this year. The current deed is also attached
for reference.

Thank you for your quick response. As noted in the previous email, we plan to dedicate easements for
internal utility lines after construction and as -built surveys are complete, and before final acceptance by
the utility companies. This is to insure the lines don't get moved from plan locations and built outside of
easements that are dedicated in advance. This has been common practice on privately constructed
lines in the past.

Entergy does not have an issue with the proposed plat. Easements for electrical lines to serve
future buildings can be determined at the times the extension locations are discussed and agreed
upon.
