That whereas Dr. Bonnie Hatchett is the owner of Lots 4 & 5, Block 2 and all of lot 3, except a strip of
ground 5 feet North and South by 9812feet East West in the Northeast corner of said Lot 3 and also except a strip of
grand 21.9 feet North and South by 44 feet East and West in the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, all in Block 2, C & P
JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
That Dr. Bonnie Hatchett hereinafter termed grantor has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of LOT 5R, BEING A REPLAT OF LOTS
4 & 5 AND PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 2, C & P JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of
Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and ip pn record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No.,9-LL-oL* qj and the grantors do hereby make
this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Purpose of this replat was to make one contiguous lot. No additional right of way dedication was required by the
City of Little Rock since walls were on the original property lines.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
