I had a conversation with Tony and we are ready to issue a certificate of compliance for the painting and new decking of
the floor. please edit the following:
1. Painting f the porches:
A. Scrape, sand, caulk, prime and paint all wood surfaces on the porches.
B. Rotted wood shall be replaced with same size and profile of wood materials.
2. Deck Replacement:
Tell me whether you want to stagger the joints or replace he whole thing. Either A or B.
A. Remove all decking on south porch and replace with pressure treated tongue and grove planks to match
original size and profile. Inspect underlying joists. Replace and/or repair as needed. Seal the joists with a waterproof
sealer. Do not remove railing during operation. Replace spacers at bottom of railing with wood to match original's size.
