RE: Application Nos. 5-1737 and Z-8937-A, 10000 Old Arkansas Drive, Roland, AR, Proposed Rainey
Subdivision Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit;
Requests for Plat Variances and Conditional Use Permits
Dear Ms. James and Mr. Bozynski
Notwithstanding your Staff s recommendation of approval and the affirmative vote of the Little Rock Planning
Commission, we have decided to withdraw our requests for variances from the minimum lot sizes for residential
subdivisions and for the Conditional Use Permits requested in connection with our preliminary plat. We
withdraw these requests without prejudice to refile a request for approval of our preliminary plat for the same or
similar property at a future date.
It is our understanding that the withdrawal of these requests will moot any further appeal of these issues to the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock and that it will no longer be necessary for us to appear before the
Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, in connection with the appeal
taken from the approval of the variances and the Conditional Use Permits by the Planning Commission in
December of 2014.
If for any reason, you have questions concerning this action, please feel free to contact the undersigned as soon
as possible.
