We withdraw these requests without prejudice to refile a request for approval of our preliminary plat for the same or similar property at a future date. It is our understanding that the withdrawal of these requests will moot any further appeal of these issues to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock and that it will no longer be necessary for us to appear before the Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, in connection with the appeal taken from the approval of the variances and the Conditional Use Permits by the Planning Commission in December of 2014.
