I've reviewed the hardcopy of the information for the proposed replat for this location and Entergy does not object to
the replat. There are existing electrical facilities already in place along West 20th Street providing electrical service to the
structures in this location.
If new structures are constructed, or older ones removed, then please contact Entergy for assistance with installation, or
removal of service.
Please feel free to let me know if you have other questions, or concerns about this matter.

New duplexes will not be an issue.
When it comes time to prepare for new electrical service, then just call Entergy (1-800-entergy) to set up new accounts
and a ticket will be generated that will come to my group to meet with the builder regarding locations of any new
facilities.

According to PAGIS, Perry's Pennies owns the 2 lots at the NE corner of Wilson Road and w. 20th St. These lots are on
the west side of the alley. The developer -funded project shows a sewer extension extending east from the alley, to
serve the lot at the NW corner of W. 20th and Nichols Rd. This is on the east side of the same alley. PAGIS lists no
ownership information for these 2 lots.
Are we supposed to be talking about the same 2 lots on the west side of the alley, or does Perry's Pennies own all 4
lots?

The correct answer here is that a sewer main extension needs to be designed and constructed west from the existing
main in addition to the already -approved one going east. This would serve the proposed Lot 1R. We can append the

serve the lot at the NW corner of W. 20th and Nichols Rd. This is on the east side of the same alley. PAGIS lists no
ownership information for these 2 lots.
Are we supposed to be talking about the same 2 lots on the west side of the alley, or does Perry's Pennies own all 4
lots?
