The developer -funded project shows a sewer extension extending east from the alley, to serve the lot at the NW corner of W. 20th and Nichols Rd. This is on the east side of the same alley. PAGIS lists no ownership information for these 2 lots. Are we supposed to be talking about the same 2 lots on the west side of the alley, or does Perry's Pennies own all 4 lots?
