We have been fortunate to have excellent workers, great statewide public support and an on -time schedule for a February opening. Since they are about to close up the structure and focus on interior work, it would be most interesting to tour the construction in the next few weeks. Please let me know how I can best accommodate your interest. One excellent choice would be 4 pm on Thursday, August 5, just prior to the formal meeting. Sincerely, John Pagan Facilities Manager
