& Associates, Inc., Registered Land Surveyor having Arkansas License Number 1281, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title Plat of Industrial Parkway Right-of-way Dedication
to the City for Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and dated November, 2014, and by
recordation by the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as
Instrument No. 0 H and the Grantor does hereby make this Dedication of Right -
Of -Way.
Grantor hereby certifies that it has laid off, platted and subdivided, and does hereby lay off,
plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat
shall be forever known as the "Industrial Parkway Right -Of -Way."
Grantor hereby dedicates to public use forever the Industrial Parkway Right -Of -Way as a

for easements associated with line extensions.
