This property is located on the east side of Aldersgate Road just south of 24`h Street. The developer requests permission to lay sanitary sever through the open space on the southeast corner of the property adjacent to the creek. The existing sanitary sewer that would serve this property is located on the opposite side of the open space. The developer proposes evergreen plantings to screen the clearing after the sanitary sewer has been installed. Please place this item on the March 10, 2011 docket. Provide notification of property owners located within 200-feet of the site, complete with the certified abstract list, notice form with affidavit executed and proof of mailing. The notice must be mailed no later than February 23, 2011. The Office of Planning and Development must receive the proof of notice no later than March 4, 2011. 2. Provide a note on the site plan indicating the replanting proposed. Variance[Waivers: None requested. Public Works Conditions: 1. Erosion controls must be installed to reduce discharge of polluted stormwater. Utilities and Fire Department/County Planning: Wastewater: Sewer main extension required, with easements, for this project. A capacity contribution analysis and fee will be required for the project. Contact Little Rock Wastewater Utility for additional information. Entergy: Approved as submitted. Center -Point Energy: No comment received. AT & T: No comment received.
