That whereas, Kenith Ransom, Madeline Ransom, Kenneth Ransom & Michelle Ransom are the owners of
Lot 32, Fairhills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That, Kenith Ransom, Madeline Ransom, Kenneth Ransom & Michelle Ransom, hereinafter termed grantor,
have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 32 'A' & 32 'B', being a replat of Lot 32, Fairhills Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book // Page �S (� O and the
grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to split the lot as originally platted and the building lines are as shown on the plat as
approved by the City of Little Rock Planning Commission and Board of Directors' Case No. Z-7837 for the sole purpose of
building Patio Homes. No other buildings shall be built on this property without the consent of the City of Little Rock.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
