The sanitary sewer gravity mains constructed, as represented by your "As Constructed"
drawings, to provide sewer service to the above referenced project, are hereby accepted.
The Utility shall begin operation and maintenance effective immediately, except that all
defects in material and workmanship must be remedied by the Developer or his Contractor,
if reported to the Developer or his Contractor (or his Engineer), within one (1) year of the
date of the Maintenance Bond.
