That whereas Kathleen Inmon is the owner of Apart of the SW'% NE %, Section 18, T-1-N, R-12-W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, lying South of South Oaks Apartments P.R.D., an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and lying North of the North right of way line of Asher Avenue, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Southwestern most corner of said South Oaks Apartment P.R.D., thence N 64'45'58" E,
along South line of said South Oaks Apartment P.R.D. 299.8 feet to a point on the West right of way line of Anne
Street; thence S 25'22'33" E, along said right of way line 26.6 feet; thence S 64°34'30" W, 299.9 feet; thence N
25'10'11" W, 27.6 feet to the point of beginning. AND A part of the SW % NE %, Section 18, T-1-N, R-12-W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, lying South of South Oaks Apartments P.R.D., an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and lying North of the North right of way line of Asher Avenue, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Southwestern most corner of said South Oaks Apartment P.R.D., thence S 25'10'11" E,
27.6 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 64'45'58" E, 299.9 feet to a point on the West right of way line of Anna
Street; thence S 25'22'33" E, along said right of way line 127.73 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Asher
Avenue; thence along said North right of way line the following: S 63*00' W, 63.37 feet; S 65'52' W, 100.1 feet; S
63'40'09" W, 136.97 feet; thence N 25°10" 1" W, 129.39 feet to the point of beginning. Less and Except that part
dedicated to the City of Little Rock for the rights of way of Anna Street and Asher Avenue in Warranty Deed
2004095037, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That Kathleen Inman hereinafter termed grantor has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks
Surveying Inc., and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 1 and 2, Kathleen Inmon Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. and the grantors
do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock.
Purpose of this replat was to make 2 lots. Lot 2 has access via Lot 120 foot access easement.
