Please find attached a Subdivision Application and 18 copies of the Replat for the above referenced
project for your review. The owner is requesting to replat this property to build 2 single family
detached homes.
We are asking for a variance of the R-4 minimum lot width of 70' as our project is 37.39'. We are
also asking for a variance of the minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet. Many adjacent lots in the
area are less than 70 x 100 and we feel this is consistent with the surrounding properties.
