Mr./Ms. Murthy,
It appears that correspondence was sent to staff February 1, 2025, requesting to defer the application from the February 13, 2025, meeting to the March 13, 2025, meeting. The deferral
request represents the initial (first) request to defer (see attached correspondence).
The application to rezone 5924 Baseline Road from R-2 to C-3 will be deferred to the April 8, 2025, meeting because the applicant failed to complete notification to surrounding property
owners. This represents the second deferral.
Please be mindful that applicants are provided only two (2) requests to defer an application and will be required to re-apply to rezone the subject property. Planning Commission by-laws
allows applicants to defer an application not to exceed three (3) months.
If you wish to defer the application to the April meeting or take a three (3) month deferral, please reply to this email indicating your decision.
