That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 15 indicated: 16 Z-5317-B — Described as part of the West 150 feet of the South 150 feet of Tract 1, 17 Southland Acres. Now in the City of Little Rock Pulaski County Arkansas more 18 particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Northeast corner of said part of 19 Tract 1 and a found mag nail; thence South 02134'13"West 133.32 feet to a found 20 ARDOT monument; thence North 81120'06"West 128.64 feet to a found ARDOT 21 monument; thence North 41°56'02"West 14.18 feet to a found ARDOT monument; 22 thence North 02°46'49" East 113.95 feet to a found mag nail; thence South 23 85135'51 "East 137.51 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.404 acres, more or 24 less and being shown on plat recorded in plat book 4 page 18 records of Pulaski. 25 County Arkansas: From "R-2" Single Family District to "C-3" General Commercial 26 District (5924 Baseline Road). 27 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock 28 and designated district map be and hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and 29 designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 34 ordinance.
