Rezoning Application

Please find attached the application, survey and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The Missionary Baptist Seminary is continuing the relocation that started last spring. The Seminary
would like to rezone the existing properties at 5124 and 5224 Stagecoach Road.
These properties are currently zoned R-2. This application is to rezone these properties to 0-1 along
with a small portion of the property to the west that was zoned to MF-12 last year. The combined
properties contain 11.17 acres.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Do not hesitate to call if
