RE: Splitting lot on corner of 15th & Main Streets Dear Mr. King: The CZDC has no problem with the bundle of property being divided so that you can retain the building at 101 E 15th Street and sell the building at 1421-1425 S Main Street . You should follow what ever procedures that City of Little Rock Zoning Dept. requires for this to happen. I would assume new surreys would be required at the minimum. I am selling the large building which fronts Main Street to Anita Davis. The addresses for that building are 1421, 1423 & 1425 South Main. I will be keeping the smaller building which fronts 15th Street . That address is 101 East 15th Street . Please let me know if there is anything further you will need.
