Development Staff Comments:
Provide a site plan to scale as required by code showing the dimensions of the proposed building and dimensions from the building to property lines.
The building height cannot exceed thirty-five (35) feet.
All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in multifamily zones).
All lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
How will trash be collected?
Provide a complete street right-of-way agreement form.
