That whereas, Paul Page Dwelling, LLC is the owner of Lot 1 and the North 33 feet of Lot 2, Block
50, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Paul Page Dwellings, LLC, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title of Lots 1 AR, 1 BR and 1 CR, being replat of Lot 1 and the North 33 feet of Lot 2,
Block 50, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and
the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and
is onJreord in the Of#ico Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book
Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The
lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance
for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to move the make 3 lots in accordance with Board of Adjustments Case
No. Z-8116.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements
shown on the said plat.
