RE: Lots 3A and 3B, The Divide - Short Form PCD and Preliminary Plat
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Short Form PCD Site Plan and Preliminary Plat for the
above captioned project. Please place this item on the agenda for the April Planning Commission
meeting.
This project will be part of The Divide POA. I will forward a draft of the Bill of Assurance.
The two lots will share a commercial drive in the center of the lots as well as a shared drive on
the rear of the lots.
