RE: Z-10143 – Lots 3A & 3B, The Divide – PCD and Revised Preliminary Plat Northwest corner of Cantrell Road & The Divide Pkwy Development Staff Comments: Correct zoning of adjacent properties. Provide a complete street right-of-way form. Provide the hours of operation (days/time) for both businesses. Label vacuum areas on the site plan. Provide building height for both structures. All signage must comply with the Highway 10 Design Overlay District (DOD). Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
