KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas we, Joseph Clay Blackwell and Vickie D. Blackwell are the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Clay
Blackwell Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of right of way for Fourche Dam
Pike given and taken in Warranty Deed 2007023674, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Joseph Clay Blackwell and Vickie D. Blackwell, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said
tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title of Lot 1 R and 2R, being replat of Lot 1 and 2, Clay Blackwell Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate
of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. �c, t o 01 4 and the grantors do
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to reconfigure the two lots as originally platted as H-379.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. No lot shall be split or combined without the full consent of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The
buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and corrlptet delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
