The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-0fficio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. The indicated lots have public street frontage on one or more streets. The existing structures appear to meet the minimum setbacks required by the Zoning Ordinance and any new construction should be constructed to also comply with the minimum setbacks per the Zoning Ordinance.
