That whereas, Joseph Clay Blackwell and Vickie D. Blackwell are the owners of the North'/ of the NE Y of
the NW % of the NE %, Section 26, T-1-N, R-11-W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That, Joseph Clay Blackwell and Vickie D. Blackwell hereinafter termed grantor, has caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lots 1 and 2, Clay Blackwell Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Co m fission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-offrcio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in
Plat Book , Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bi€} of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby cer i that they platted said real estate in accordance with said flat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-0fficio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
Easements are as shown on recorded plat and for easements and/or drainage. No Building shall be constructed
nearer to the property lines than shown on the recorded plat. The purpose of this plat is to split a 5acre tract into 2 lots.

As requested please allow this letter to serve as your official documentation that both lots
conform to the minimum requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance with regard to minimum lot
width, minimum lot depth and minimum lot area. The indicated lots have public street frontage
on one or more streets. The existing structures appear to meet the minimum setbacks required by
the Zoning Ordinance and any new construction should be constructed to also comply with the
minimum setbacks per the Zoning Ordinance. The new lots will be known as Lots 1 and 2 of the
Clay Blackwell Addition.
