WHEREAS, Rainwater Flats, LLC; Rainwater Holdings, LLC; and T&V
Enterprises, LLC, the sole owners of the property described on Exhibit "A" desire to
replat said property:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, Frieda Nelson Tirado, Manager of all of the above named Limited
Liability Companies, hereinafter termed grantor, has caused said tract of land to be
surveyed by WHITE- DATERS & ASSOCIATES, INC., Registered Engineer/Land
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title RAINWATER
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
and the date -'�uk < «. Zcry 5 and by the signature of the said
engineer/surveyor and the said grantor, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by
the City of Little Rock Department of Planning and Development, and which is on record
in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in
Plat Book j j Page 36 , and the grantor does hereby make this Bill
of Assurance.
The grantox .does. herel> ify that she .has replatted laid real estat , in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat of record in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Record of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed in conformance with
the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

along with the release of a portion of an easement, to -wit:

along the north right-of-way of East 6t' Street, 81.06 feet to the point of beginning, a portion of
which is not platted as St. Clair Horizontal Property Regime, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as shown on Plat No. B-047, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
