Regarding the remodeling to be done at the above captioned
location; five front windows are to replaced with Anderson
wood windows with white clad finish. Transom windows are
to be replaced with insulated glass units conforming with
the original windows.
The front exterior part of the house will remain as it
was originally built with the remodeling being done to restore
the structure to the approximate original status.
