1. Is the STR currently in operation? If so, when did it start operating?
Yes, it has been successfully operating since June of 2023.
2. Provide details on the Short-Term Rental unit (how many bedrooms, baths, square footage, etc…)
Unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1372 square feet with a very long driveway plus carport.
