1. Is the STR currently in operation? If so, when did it start operating?
Yes, it has been successfully operating since July of 2021.
2. Provide details on the Short-Term Rental unit (how many bedrooms, baths, square footage, etc…)
This unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1000 square feet home with 2 parking pads in the front.
